Poll will be open for anyone to vote for this year's theme
March 21st to March 24th
Theme will be announced
If there is a tie a tie breaking vote will be done by the volunteers for the event to determine the event theme.
April 1st -6th
Votes taken on event mule name, ball name and event dates.
April 7th
Winning ball name, mule name and event dates announced.
There was a tie on ball name and mule name. Tie breaker vote begins.
April 7th - April 10th
Tie breaking vote on ball name and mule name.
April 11th
Winning ball name and mule name from tie breaker vote announced.
April 12th - 18th
Vote on event colors.
May 16th to May 25th
Finalize what games and contests are going to be held.
Please decide on a name for your thread by June 1st.
May 16th to June 15th
Work on your host avatars. When they are complete please PM them to blueblackrose or Seridano.
