Though he may not be the brightest tool in the box (or the most resourceful) he did manage to take a bunch of stuff left-over from people from the park. He basically made a Make-shift camp. Reinforced card-board roof, old cloth's to protect them from mud, and a old blanket to keep them warm. It wasn't much, but it sure was better then sitting in the rain. What was odd was how easily he seemed to get it done. Yea, anyone could do it, but he did it without effort.
