If people are worried about the bacteria, they could always clean the rubbery replaceable parts that go in the ear without damaging the mechanics of the ear-piece.
I use them on occasion, but not very often.
I do hate listening to other people's music that I do not like. It is not fun. Especially since rap is a major genre and just total sucks as to my opinion.
