i have some complicated word that comes down to helens back isn't straight it curves. and so if i don't lsepe jsut right my lower back ends up in agony making it impossible for me to move around.. and o n that bed im always in agony. 'sigh'.. my recliner, which is what i was sleepign in, broke so i can't use it anymore to avoid back pain.. which sucks.. i kinda got used to moving raround without pain..
