Kaz stepped over branches and vines on the ground, though the forest. She squinted through the dark when she saw a faint light, light from windows. Kaz slid her katana into the holster on her back and ran towards the light, slowing down when she became close enough to realize what it was. Kaz looked up at the tavern. She got a strange vibe from the place but shrugged it off, She was too thirsty and hungry to care at all. Kaz pushed open the doors. She felt her pocket for a wad of cash, but she was beginning to run low. "I need a job" she muttered, taking a seat by herself, far from anyone else. Kaz began noticing some strange things about the people inside the Tavern, something just wasn't right, but it was really hard to tell what. She felt like someone was constantly watching her but when she looked around, everyone was minding their own business, acting normal. Kaz let out a deep breath. She was probably just dehydrated again, she couldn't wait for someone to come over, all she really wanted was water, a lot of water, but having something to eat couldn't hurt either.
