Is Ipsy the one done by Michelle Phan?

I've never had a subscription to one of these but reading the posts in here has made me realize it's probably a good deal. Especially if they're giving you mostly full sized products. More often than not just one higher end product costs 10 plus bucks.

I've been wanting to sign up for some type of box program for awhile, but money's kinda tight as I don't work during semesters.
