My fitness history and other tidbits:
- I'm 24
- I'm 5'2"
- I have scoliosis
- I'm a woman (Obviously)
- I can be determined one minute
- and lazy the next (especially with exercise!)
- I'm a recovering picky eater, trying not to shun veggies (espicially raw or minimally cooked)
- I weigh about 130-132 lbs
- Both my parents are type 2 diabetic
I have been trying to consistently exercise since I was really young and I have done well....off and on lol I have done free range fitness (doing whatever I want without any specific program) and fitness programs like mousercise (You know your an adult, if you remember that show), to dancing with the stars! (the dvd
). I can't touch my toes, but I have excellent balance standing on one leg (arg, I'm pretending to be a pirate), and yeah that's my history...lol I know so short!
