Nate stood and trembled, apologizing mindlessly to the man. He visibly relaxed when the door clicked tight, the lock latched. Fine. He was fine. It wasn't out there. Hell it probably wasn't even out in the woods. Could have just been a tree swaying in the wind for all her knew.

The man- the priest- turned and walked off, heading off toward a hallway. He perked when the other spoke, motioning him to follow. He had tea and hot water. Tea sounded good. Before he could think otherwise he was moving, following the other as if he had little choice. In reality he actually did. Hew as not going back outside. Not right now. Not for a long while.

He blinked at the priest sitting at the table, Nate smiling shakily but with obvious gratitude. "Th-thank you, Father" he said, moving and slumping into the chair meant for him. "Really...thanks." He eyed the tea sitting in front of him, lifting the cup and sipping at it. It was hot. Really hot. It felt good going down his throat.

"Sorry about this. I d-don't even know what time it is..." he mumbled, almost embarrassed. His heart rate was starting to slow down, though it still pounded in his ears. The porcelain mug shook in his hand and he placed it back on the table, frowning at his hands, trying to force them steady. Force himself to calm down.
