28F is NOTHING. It's going to get to like -30F and colder this year. It does every year lol. But I like how you'd speak to her, sounds about right with my thoughts most of the time. XD

I love how 15C is hoodie weather...here that's like "WOOO BREAK OUT THE BIKINIS!" weather XD
