It is, actually. Thanks for the article, it's very interesting. I was rather concerned about it going very high with squats, because I've always had rather week legs, and 60 squats is a bit much for me. I had actually been contemplating earlier today if I should break them up throughout the day. But it also doesn't say if you should do the 8-12 reps consecutively or gradually throughout the day or how much of a break to take in between. Do you know? I'm really just trying to work on my legs. I already have a big butt. But it could probably use some sculpting here and there, too.

There are a couple different ab workouts I saw, but I'm just following one for now. Thus far it's not hard, though. But I already have a strong core, and just wanted an extra workout to do than just my legs so that I don't get bored.
