DID YOU KNOW that magpies are one of only like 7 non human animals that can recognize themselves in a mirror? Which means that have a self concept and is a good indicator of high intelligence. SO COOL.

I recently learned that magpies are in the Corvid family along with crows and ravens, who are incredibly smart birds. They're tool users and have oral traditions that they pass on from generation to generation. Corvids are super rad.
