Standing in front of her still, Ryosuke had prepared himself to face the infection creatures without his exoskeleton suit as his skin continued to turn more and more pale until he was bright white; his eyes shifting from their once light bluish color to a bright white as well. Soon enough his pupils began to shrink as he bit down onto his lower lip, suddenly though; as he heard Sakura speak up that she could fix the infection from how they were and stood up to hold onto his hand. Ryosuke's eyes quickly shot open as he turned over to look at her, his temperature slowly returning slightly back to normal as he stared at her in shock. She was holding his hand, and nothing was wrong with her still. Was this what the doctor meant about Sakura being different from all the other people on this station, even without his exoskeleton to regulate his power; she was able to be this close to him without freezing even a little bit. When she had released his grip only to make her way over towards another wall and touch it, he stared at her still for a while until the sudden sounds of metal bending around them was heard once again. Glancing at his surroundings for a bit as electrical wires dug out of the walls to wrap themselves around the infection creatures to shock them. He listened to how they could freeze the creatures back in this same chamber once again.
The entire time she spoke, he had been still in so much shock that every word she had said had nearly just went in one ear and out the other. When the sudden sound of the infection creatures groaning in pain and moaning came up, he quickly turned his attention towards them and snapped back into reality. "R-r-right!" He called out as he quickly began to allow his temperature to drop far below it's normal rate. Soon enough, his skin returned to it's pale white and his pupils shrank once again. Kneeling down onto one knee, he slammed both of his hands into the metal of the floor and released as much of his power as he could into the surrounding chamber they were within. In an instant, the room began to freeze just as it had earlier; this time though, rather than just freezing the room over and stopping the machines from working; due to how much cold was surrounding the room, the computers and machines in the chamber began to short circut as the screens flashed different colors and gave error codes. Sparks of electricity came from the machines as they continued to short circuit until they completely froze over. As the ice continued to spread, the infection creatures' movements slowed at an immense pace until they finally stopped moving all together. Their bodies becoming bright white from the ice that froze them over.
Panting heavily after freezing the entire area, Ryosuke began to cough violently as he placed a hand over his chest to catch his breath. This hadn't been the first time Ryosuke had used his power up to this scale before; hell, he had even pushed himself as far as to freeze an entire city before but that caused him to go into a huge coma the last time. This was due to the fact that he was still sick and pushing his limits was only going to make it worse on his body. Ryosuke knew more than well enough he had a lot of built up power inside him, he knew well enough that he could freeze over a planet if he wanted to; but knew the price would mean he'd end up getting himself killed if he did so.
