Numira was enthralled by the simplest things, perhaps another reason she seemed so strange and out of place that it actually garnered attention, after all she smiled broadly and stared about at all the things she could catch as they walked, especially the iron workers. To think that the level of technology on this world was so primitive that people still shaped metal in this fashion, yet the touches of magic made it so curiously different to what history lessons once told her about her own world.

The amount of people greeting Kiernan also made her smile, she barely even noticed that she was still holding on to his hand while they walked, instead if people got too close she shyly stood closer to him, using him as a sort of shield and waving at the people with a slightly red face. His mentioning of the deli and florist caught her attention, especially the latter as she stared at the flower shop. In some way, that was very familiar to her. It even prompted her to break her hand from his as she got close to the flowers on show outside, brushing some of her hair back and leaning in to smell a particular bunch,
"They are like flowers at home." She stated with a rather content smile, "In older days.. Men would bring ladies flowers. It was a necessity for our courtship rituals.." Numira grinned to herself, "People today in Kiranes think it is silly.. But I like it."

Numi stood up, retreating to Kiernan's side again, unconsciously grasping his hand once more and staring around at the village. She watched as a group of kids waving wooden swords ran past, though they managed to lap around the couple at least once before running off again,
"So full of life. I miss being a child," She giggled a little, "Do you think some will learn magic too? Or do they all?"
