Figured I'd share what I've been making tonight. I'm making these Ricotta Cookies: Ricotta Cookies | Big Flavors from a Tiny Kitchen

It's my first time using the recipe and they're coming out great! Very soft and fluffy. Smell wonderful (kind of like a good from-scratch cake).
