i have found out charter are a bunch of idiots..first we got the new modem and router we need for me and josh to have the internet.. then that worked for an hour then wouldn't work agian..josh go tthat fixed.. THEN just a few minutes ago we had a thing claiming i was someone else from COLUMBIA, MO. i mean SERIOUSLY? it gives star a headache..
