Raisel tried hard to ignore Max. He tried so hard. It wasn't working. Did he just say he would bring the project there? Raisel glanced up, trying to figure out what that could mean. He froze when he saw Max setting things up in the room, clearly not getting Raisel's message that he did not intend to participate. "Uh hey...why can't you just clear out and leave me alone?" Why did Max even want to be near him? Raisel's memories of the drunken night were a little fuzzy, but he knew weird stuff happened and Max witnessed it. He didn't even want to show his face right now. "I don't know shit about science anyway so it's better if you do it yourself." With that said, he dropped his head back onto the desk.
