Just went for a run. I only ran for fourteen minutes and ran 0.7 miles, but I did it. It was hot as hell, man. Hell, I ran four four minutes straight, when before, I could only run for thirty seconds before I felt like I was dying. SUCCESS
Decided to run on a treadmill instead of my usual outside because it was hot. But dude, THE A/C WAS BROKEN WTF
