I think I'm ok now.

Just a lot of stupid things that seemed to pile up one after another that ended up with me in a sobbing mess... But after calling my SIL to come get the girls - thankfully I had bottles for Biscuit ready to go... and a call to my therapist and cuddles with my hubby... I think I'm ok.
