Oh URE is a user run event. It's similar to official events in that there is a bunch of games, and that we give out gold and items, but its all run by users. There are no event rare items.

We do have one NPC, this years is Suzy Sunshine. We're doing a raffle to give away some gold and to raise funds for the event that she's hosting.

It's just a bunch of fun basically. ^^
