Yeah, my younger sister is really overweight. So I tell myself it could always be worse! My weight is well balanced on my body because I'm tall enough and have thicker limbs without looking bloated all over.

Thanks for the offer! My one sister and I are really close and we try to help motivate each other. But with winter coming it rules out biking and kayaking. Neither one of us have a gym membership right now. Her husband is working out of state and I help with her kids.
