HIM had a couple of back teeth removed due to grinding them because they were at a 45 degree angle compared to the rest. We all thought they were wisdom teeth because they were right at the back. Turns out they weren't.
Having them removed from right at the back meant that first two molars took a quite a bit of bashing. Cracked them and they fell in half. The side with the outer half didn't survive too well and snapped again.
HIM has actually had to change dental practices because it was always "we'll review it next time" and never actually doing anything.
