I guess it would be considered stuck in my head when it pops up in a dream. I was in a room I didn't recognize and a song was playing on a radio. The song is called wonderful days by Pull Tab to can; a band name of the voice actors in Prince of Tennis singing an ending song. The strange thing is at the time I wasn't listening to it recently, and I find it interesting that the song played in my head during the dream.
