Isamu bowed to Wufei once more, before moving to leave the clearing, the same gentle smile feeling his face. It was perhaps odd, but in moments like this, he often felt most at peace. Fulfilling the god's will and the god's chosen path for him was never a burden, but instead a thing that removed the weight from his shoulders. For now, it seemed his duties would be delayed, as he returned to the main house to begin gathering supplies for his new friend. His parents would be out throughout the temple at this portion of the day, so gathering the bedding now would make the most sense. It would be easy to keep them from noticing it now, even if he knew that his parents would accept Wufei as a ward, just as he had. He would follow the other man's wishes to keep him a secret for the time being.
