Welcome to Tributes to the Goddesses!
In our own time, the Goddesses Song, Dance, and Feast come to Menewsha during this time of year to play an active role in helping us celebrate the ancient Merkheti holiday, Celes Paradi. According to Jeryck and the legend of Celes Paradi: before ascending to deities, the Goddesses were mere wealthy mortals trying to win the favor of the Sun, Moon, and Stars. the Goddesses became so embroiled in their contest, they took their quarrels with them into their afterlives.
The Merkheti people love and respect the Goddesses, and love throwing in with their chosen Goddess when Celes Paradi rolls around. Everyone supports the Goddesses in their own way: some will cook extravagant feasts; some will do group choreography; others prepare plays, operas, and musicals.
Our band of heroes have chosen to support their favorite Goddesses in their own way: Through the power of AWESOME ART!
