it is allowed in some cases liiiiike, if you were nominated and your nomination did not win, than the same avatar can be nominated again in future rounds.
however, in an instance where the round was extended a week because of a lack of nominations, the rule still applies that you can only be nominated once as that is still the same round. when i update i just take the first nomination made if the same user gets nominated more than once in a round
