I actually found out about Nøkken on accident.
I was googling male doll makers and I found one that was Nøkken and it was cute, but creepy. He was playing a violin. :o

Hmm, I like the idea of extra tension being added by the magical creatures having to hide themselves, but if you want to try something different and have them be known by humans, then we can totally try that! :D
