Not entering the contest this year since I don't have a real kitchen but I did want to share the Japanese strawberry cake I made last year from this recipe. I've never baked anything besides basic Pillsbury stuff so it took me about 4-5 hours to get everything together and I had a lot of fun doing it. Highly recommended. :)
