I use to work my current full time job (with no weekends) and a part-time job as a barista for 2 years. At the barista job, I worked from 6am until 2pm. So it was a combo of 1. early morning, 2. weekend morning 3. 30 minute commute one way. It was also a toxic environment where I was not getting paid enough to stay. So yeah...
