I only tend to take walks when Hope comes over...and it has been over a month since she last came for a sleepover.
Lucky that you didn't open the door for the skunk! That could have been a horrible experience!
Recent news has told me that an 8 year old boy was attacked by a mountain lion in his yard...not far from where we used to live in the mountains. The boy is in fair condition with head lacerations and now the hunt is on for mountain lions in that area.
It always pays to turn on lights and look outside before opening the door!
