what if the limit was raised to up to 3 outfits per user per round? where one user could still only win once per round, and would still have to do a one-round time-out, but you'd nix the rule about only the first outfit that was nommed being accepted. and maybe each user can only nominate an outfit from another user once? so, for instance, i could nom one of BSW's outfits and Ruby could nom a different one of BSW's outfits, but i couldn't nom two of BSW's outfits in the same round. and maybe you could try upping the votes by just one and see how it goes, then decide if it should be upped more? it's hard to say for sure what engagement is going to be like, and what will make a tie more or less likely *chinscratch*
