ugh yes, exactly!! it's just so much less realistic. i think so many things are pressured to be released too quickly, so many works of media just end up feeling unfinished. and i feel like technology could do so much now but since everyone is so rushed to put out as much as possible as fast as possible, nobody has even had time to really explore what you can really do with game design. and it's not just games, i feel like movies, music, even books and art lately, there's so much pressure to produce, and not enough space to explore.
