I have decided that the raffle will have 5 ROUNDS.
Seeing that the event won't last that long >.>; Oh and in each round, there will be TWO winners. Though on the 5th round, The winners will be 4 people.
I'll post the rules and the Mechanics several hours from now, and for that, I need to go to bed!
