"I cannot possibly leave him. I just can't go and let him be like that, I mean, look at him.. He seems miserable," Cathy carefully told her friend Le-ann. She smiled while explaining why she couldn't just leave Jake.
"We both know you're lying, Cathy," Le-ann told her friend. She saw a confused look, so she continued, "It's not that you can't leave him because he's miserable, you can't leave him because YOU'LL be miserable if you do. Admit it. You love him that much, you can't possibly live life without him in every nanosecond of it."
Cathy sighed. She was obviously caught guilty by her friend. Le-ann does know her very much.
