The artist is Nocturnal Miyu. She is a really active member, so I doubt that she would be too hard to find.
I am fairly sure that she has an art shop or art auction somewhere, though I am not positive what it's called or exactly how much they are.
Actually I'm not even positive that she has one, but I think I remember her saying something about it at one point.
