Damn, I blame MTV for the blasphemy of generic music listeners, it's prolly just me, but I hate it when people can say something like, "Oh I like just about everything nowadays." But when they say that, they pretty mean everything thats popular these days. People should see through all these things and listen to music for what it is. :C
But to be on more topic, change is always nice, I like it when a band progresses a lot, even if it ends up alienating me, or some other fan.
