Powers/Weapons/Weaknesses: Can control any sort of electricity, as long as there is an electrical outlet, a machine that runs on electricity, or some form of static around him.Can also control machines(as long as they run on electricity), and draw small machines, such as mp3 players, portable game systems and such into his hands. Can't use his powers in water(of course) or when he's wet, or he will get electricuted by his own powers.Also has an odd weakness to the sound of static from a malfuntioning television or stereo, things like that.Also has a weakness to piercing, loud, high-pitched sounds.
Description: tan skin(sort of a light mocha-type color), long dark brown hair with extremely bright green streaks(usually tied into a ponytail), brown-green eyes.Stands at about 5'8'', and weighs about 147 pounds. has odd, tribal-syle tattoos on his face and back that glow lime green when he's using his powers.His eyes also glow the same color, and lose their whites and pupils when he's focusing.Usually wears double-layered shirts, with a t-shirt above a striped, or plain colored long sleeved shirt, to hide his 'markings'. also wears ripped, old jeans and dirty, bright green and white sneakers.Is quite thin.
Personality: Cheerful, anything but shy. Sort of nervous in new places, or when he's surrounded by machines.(He's afraid he might make something short circuit and explode or something) Loves video games, music, and pulling machines apart and putting them back together, just to see if they'll work if he takes that one little wire out.It's odd how he loves everything he also fears.Other than water.Is kind of like a little boy, how he CONSTANTLY gets himself in trouble.Loves to talk.Alot.Like, I'm going to talk until you want to kill yourself talk.
History: He was just your average, modern kid, living with his parents as an only child in the suburbs of a big city, peaceful..Until he turned 8, of course.His father left his mother, he made all the electricity on the block go out by accident at 10, then the marks on himself started appearing at 12, his mother thought his friends had made him get tattoos, and never really treated him the same again.His mother was brutally murdered on the night of his 13th birthday, and he lived with his not so kind "Friend" until he had enough of it all and finally ran away.Far, far away.As far as he could on the money he'd been saving.
