I think that lady must have been crazy, even if it did bother her for some reason that you had closed the blinds at your table, its against all kinds of common courtesy to ask you to open them again. obviously you closed them for a reason, this she must've realized and she asked you to put up with whatever that was just for her insane request and satisfaction.
terribly rude of her.
I'm a person who's quite particular about rudeness, so of course I would have reopened the blinds in your situation but then I would bear a grudge against her for such a rude request.
I should write a book about what I consider to be common courtesy, lol.
