Is there any way you can do something for her daughter so that she doesn't have blue clothes anymore? Maybe you could find someone around the apartment complex who has old clothes that their own daughter has grown out of so that the girl could wear them...or some inexpensive but in good shape clothes at Goodwill or something? How old is the daughter?
