Anna groaned silently as the girl in front of her - "Katie Linor, that's my name, and I'm half-blood, my mum's a muggle, but she really didn't mind dad being a witch, and she thinks it's really easy because he can keep the house clean, and she doesn't have to do anything!" - continued her ramblings, which had started after her fairly innocent question to Deacon. In the meantime, the young boy had rolled his eyes at Katie a number of times, which was easily copied by Anna. The blonde lad leaned in, whispering, "She was set off easily," which caused Anna the break out laughing once more, finally stopping the girl in her rant.
"You... -hiccup- really should finish eating, Katie," Anna managed to say, coaxing the girl to finish her meal. From the corner of her eye, she noticed Deacon gratefully saying a prayer up to the sky.
Anna chuckled lightly, poking him in the side once more, and saying, "You're cute," which caused the young boy to blush again.
