There are a lot of poisonous sea grasses and critters to extract venom from in the Sandwaste, which lies next to the Shardwall. I like the idea of her being a master of poisons - considering the Glass Knights are the main defense against Those of the Abyss, it makes sense that someone would have to understand the enemy's methods. Sea Snakes, Alyekran Scorpions (nasty things that look like gold to fool people), and pretty much any undersea plant that is dangerous can be found in the Sandwaste.
If basing on real life things, you might have to make some seaweeds up - I know of only one myself that is toxic to humans, Lyngbya, though there are others dangerous to smaller critters such as Nodularia. Most seaweeds are healthy, so perhaps things like anemones and corals would be better to google for.
