I want to host: Avatar Contest
Availability: I should be available the entire time. I mean, November is a long way off, so I can't say for certain. But as of right now, I should be available the whole time.
Notes: I'm a total avatar freak. So I would judge on originality, creativity, balance, matching[though that's not a must when you have a theme - a non-matching avatar could win, too], and of course, the theme. No crappy avatar will win under my watch!
