Basics of this RP:
~ Firstly, if you have any big and long and intricate questions, PM me. If they are simple things, feel free to do it on OOC talk. Just so we don't fill up the thread with non-roleplaying stuffs if you know what I mean....
~This is a free for all roleplay. You can come and go as you wish. Profiles optional. Just follow these few rules and everything is fine.
~The roleplay takes place in a steam-punk-like world. If you don't know what steam punk is, either look it up or watch League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.
~There are two major powers in the city; The duke/owner/whatever of the city and Ki-rel the Arch Devil. The owner guy, isn't to important to the Under city, but Ki-rel is who most of the really desperate people go to. He is like the city's Devil.

Oh and by the way......
I will be using all facts from each and every post to help me write a story. So be creative and imaginative!
I just thought y'all would want to know :angel:.
