In the year 2033, The world was behaving as it normally would, an era of peace and prosperity swept over the land, the economy boomed to an amazing height, and means of alternative energy were finally being used. Earth enjoyed its days of peace and prosperity, always alert for hidden activities that might ruin this era of peace. Unfortunately... After a calm... Always comes a storm.

A hidden group within Western Germany stationed near Magdeburg. A small group of German Scientists began their work. Fresh with the ideals of old Germany in their head, they referred to themselves as the New Neo-Nazis, reviving the ideals of the Third Reich and Hitler. Their goal, similar to that of the former dictator, was to slay every Jewish man and woman they could come across. But they added their own wishes to this, feeling that Hitler still despised the countries that defied his will during World War Two, they had plans to release this new toxin into the former alliance that opposed the Axis. Research of this project began 10 years earlier on this horrible nightmare they planned to unleash into the world. But their plans backfired... Spelling what seemed to be the end of the world.

On a faitful day on March 23rd, 2033, This group began their tests on a group of collected Jewish men, the first one to be tested being William Walshiem. William was placed into a cell, and injected with a large amount of biotoxin, injected until eventually they began to see a mutation. William roared loudly, an unhuman roar. He began to grow in size, his hair hardening into a helmet-like shell, his eyes glowing a deep and dark red, and his size increasing until he was around 6'8". He broke his way out of the holding cell, killing several individuals on the way out. There were no survivors.

After 3 days of wandering in the woods for civilization, he came upon a college campus. He found himself with an overwhelming lust, animalistic instincts quickly taking him over, he began to shake and desire overwhelmed his natural thought, he became the beast....

Quickly, he snagged hold of a student. 23 year old Sylvia Ornest, an Itallian Exchange student, from under the noses of the faculty and staff. He dragged her into the woods, quickly shoving her to the ground and sinking his teeth into her neck. Her eyes went dull and gray for a moment, feeling the toxins suddenly overtake her, no blood being drained out of her neck. A massive mental pulse escaped her, covering the entire campus. Suddenly, people all over the campus began changing into similar beasts, their hair hardening and their size growing. But oddly, most, if not all, of the females started to die, as if the mental pulse had a different adverse effect on them.

After the man pulled away, the woman looked up to him with a smile upon her face. Her eyes were now glowing a deep red along with his, although her hair remained unchanged. She seemed to grow, although in selective areas, her attraction level becoming massive. After about three seconds of looking at each other, the woman simply released another pulse, as if gaining control of it, causing the man to lerch back from the mental power of her. William roared in agony, "What was that!?" Sylvia stepped forth and grabbed his neck with a commanding look, "... You belong to me now.... Along with everything else...."

The toxin was quick to sweep over the land, certain areas foreseeing this, but it was too late for the majority of the world. Areas who survived simply sealed off their borders, not even letting survivors through, for fear of infection. Areas that were not infected include Canada, The United Kingdom, Western Europe, Madagascar, Aulstralia, Greenland, Iceland, Antartica, The North Pole, Alaska, Hawaii, and Japan.

Although most everyone within the human race in those areas has been infected, many people remain, forming their own group known as the Resistance. The Resistance has several well versed scientist that work to find a cure to end this nightmare. But many have only created things to prevent them, as they have yet to find a sample of the original toxin. Their search continues though, saving as many people with the military they have obtained, obtaining much military surplus from WW2 stocked up by Germany.

The creatures have defined themselves as the Schmerz for some reason, Or Pain In German.

The Current Date is 2035, 2 years after the "Mass Transformation". I will not supply months, please do not make reference to them.... That much detail would be very taxing on me.

Western Germany
Resistance Outpost
-A small outpost has been established in Western Germany for research and defensive purposes.
Schmerz HQ
-The Schmerz HQ is a powerful stronghold where Sylvia is said to rest. The entirety of activities are discussed here. SCHMERZ ONLY
Unknown Laboratories
-Western Germany contains the Nazi Laboratory used for horrific research and experiences, they have yet to find out which Laboratory it was, as there are many established in Western Germany, each for their own purposes.
Berlin
-The battleground where most people seek to find refuge from the Schmerz, but unfortunately find themselves hunted when arriving here. The Resistance attempts to save them any way they can. Area where most of the rping will take place.
Eastern Germany
Resistance HQ
-The Resistance Headquarters is a powerhouse of German Military power. They contain mostly WW2 surplus as it is a heavily fortified base. RESISTANCE ONLY
Schmerz HQ
-The Scherz has greater power and numbers, so a second base has been established in this area. SCHMERZ ONLY
Scattered Cities
-Mostly rubble remais of Eastern Germany, But a few small but scattered cities still remain.
