@Hads: I understood it the first time by replacing the word 'team members' with tasks. Although clarification is always good.
@Cricket: Well I believe the mascot and flag/clan symbol needs to be completely hand-drawn and the ship should be just something you find on the Internet and paste on to the family portrait.
I have voted in the polls of all the other teams. Everyone is well on their way to getting the 30 votes so that's great ^^
