The games are a bonus in my opinion. This is an online forum and it shouldn't be having its public userbased focused on games. The games are there to have fun when you are bored. However, I rarely play the games I go around and chat with everyone. Myself and several others chat with everyone and we all have a blast.

2. Too strict: If this site is about fun, why can't we post little pictures at the start of of posts, and things? It's not spam, as you say, it's decorating. I mean, if the picture is oversized, then it's not useful. But it's no more than a quote, or a few words.
You can post pictures. I have several banners which I use for my exchange thread. I also will randomly post new pictures of art also that I get. There is nothing wrong with using pictures as long as it is not the only thing in the post, with the exception of posting a new piece of art, it can be the center of a topic and not deter from it.

Edit: Oh, you are talking about the post beautifiers. I know several users find those greatly annoying just for the fact when you quote the person you have to edit so much coding its rather annoying. Especially when the text is multicolored.
Justin pretty much covered the reason why you do not.

3. Not everything needs to be discussion: Quizzes should be allowed to an extent. Seriously! Other sites has them, even if they're not about entertainment. They are used to gain gold, as well as to amuse users. Is that seriously a problem? Or do you not want people to gain gold quickly?
There is a forum called "word games" which there are things like Quizzes that goes on there. You do not need to have a thread set to one discussion. Why not just hang out with people? Want to play a word game or have quizzes go into Word forum and make one. It would fall under Word Forum since a quiz can be a answered with a single word.

The staff has made many ways for users to gain gold. You get a 500g limit per account (you are allowed two accounts, one main and one mule) which is 1000g per day. 7k a week. 28k a month from games. The more you chat and post the quicker you make gold. You can also try your luck at the Exchange with buying and selling items for profit to make gold. It is very profitable for alot of users.

4. Spam threads: There should be a section dedicated to it. People like being random, and don't feel like posting a sentence or two to show it. Even then, if the sentence does not make any sense, you would probably make that a problem as well.
There is no reason for spam threads. Why not just hold a conversation with people? Jump through threads and hold several conversations. There are enough people around this site at all times you can have a conversation somewhere. Meet people, that is what one of the goals of this community is.

There is much more I can pick out, but I won't.... for now. Well, this wasn't any form of spam, or the sort. This is constructive criticism so you can better the site. It's no wonder you have a lack of users with such strict thread. And isn't this about fun, and entertainment? Also, if this is a repost, then I apologize, but I did search for another thread like this, and found none. Also, if one is as structured as this, then send me a link, so I can go agree with them.
Well, you are in the feedback forum. May as well put all your thoughts down. No need to hold back on them.
Well, everyone who is actively online every day here comes here to hold conversations. Honestly, if there was a SpamBox area that would make the users higher, but would also cause alot of the members now to leave since this is a 'haven' away from Spam. A place people can come to not worry about getting 'bump' in their thread rather then "Hey! How's it going?"

Don't ban me for this. I have freedom of speech, and I use it for us, and to improve things for us all. And do not throw me aside for being a newb, or the fact that I am criticizing. I have been in many bloging/posting/other sites, and am experienced with these things. I have many ideas of how to improve the site, but I wish for you to see my initial statements beforehand.
Why on earth would you be banned?
