Rules
Gonna keep these pretty simple.
- Characters must be human, and that means more than just physical traits! Your character is not invulnerable nor superhuman, and they must abide by the same limits all mortal human beings do.
- This is VERY important to the roleplay: even though everyone's secret is posted on the front page, your character doesn't know anyone else's secret!!! If they're told, that's one thing, but please. Don't give your character an unrealistic advantage, and don't make up your own hints. For instance, if someone ELSE says their character is a heroin addict, don't bring up skid marks on their arms unless the original RPer mentions them.
- Roleplayers must control their own character and ONLY their own character
- Distinguish OOC text from IC text. For instance, write it ((like this)) or [like this] or something.
- Roleplaying is in paragraph form. I don't want to see any actions in asterisks or something. Write it all out.
- PG-13 at the highest please. This means no sex and no guts.
- Don't try and find loopholes around the rules. The fact is that I have the right to remove you from the roleplay (and from this thread) if I feel the need.
- This RP is all about character development. Please focus on a unique and truly HUMAN character. More on this in the application post.
- Ignorance of the rules is no excuse
- Use common sense. Just because I didn't make a rule against stabbing other characters in their sleep or otherwise trying to ruin another RPer's experience, doesn't mean I won't bust you for it.
- Look at the map below. Please try to stay accurate to it.
The Island / The Mansion
Yes, this map is lame, please stay accurate to it nonetheless. The living room is not separated from the foyer by a wall, but is just a lowered room - as in, there is a step down to enter it.
