Info: A thief, Flare has a large bounty on her head due to her tendency to rob the rich and the powerful. With a minor case of kleptomania, she has no inhibitions when it comes to her "career," and has made quite a living stealing and pawning off stolen goods. Clever, and confident, Flare attended college for psychology for two years before growing bored of it after she had attended her first masquerade. Where her career stated for that matter. That night she spied a woman with a necklace that she wanted. A necklace that could have been pawned off for thousands. So, that night, she stole it, of course, it wasn't exactly the brightest idea, following the woman home and sneaking into the house after she had gone to bed. But the money the necklace brought gave her the opportunity to stop living off of her parents money and make her own living, at least for awhile. Afterward, she began stealing nearly anything and everything of value that really caught her eye.
Flare loves to tease others, and no matter her mood she is always playful in some way or another. Treating life as a game, she hides her own issues, and continues to wear her mask of confidence. One thing that she cannot stand is the feeling of losing control, as she tends to manipulate situations to work in her favor. She prefers to keep most of her past to herself, and though she does not show it, she is easily hurt and does not trust others in the slightest.
One fact that about her, that is known to some is that she is former member of the Siiver Rain syndicate, a rival of the Red Dragons. Originally, a member for a year, before she left when she was twenty-three. Another random fact is that she almost always wears formalwear.
