Raiho looks up from under his head wings, currently peeked over his head to keep the rain out of his eyes. Spying the one who addressed him, Raiho can't help but giggle at his atire. Snaping his headwings once to toss off a bit of the rain condensing there, Raiho smiles, and in a rich voice says, "Thank you. I take it we have you to thank for this light shower?" Flipping his waist length sopping wet red hair over his shoulder, Raiho continues to smile.
