I suppose our bacon is like 'Canadian bacon'? It's leaner, and our favourite way to eat it is in a white bread sandwich with ketchup.
No egg, no fuss - and definitely not brittle and fatty!

I don't have it often, actually, but sometimes on weekends, and usually on Christmas day for breakfast!
