Izzy mentioned kimchee. Triggered a fermented memory. I used to eat kimchee with tofu. Added a lil kick. As i remember, it was pretty spiced. Flecked with, the chili peppers. #Thanks guys. Its just cabbage. I suppose they ferment, cure it, for preservation. Didnt Disneyland have, the preservation band? Maybe they sang of the love of a pickle. So, is a pickle a cucumber? I know they offer up the humble cucumber in dizzying arrays of preservation. #Preserve our cucumbers #only You can prevent fermentation. Korean cuisine begins with a multitudinous display of tiny dishes replete with fermentation. Our next discourse will showcase the mighty powers of cheese. And now, lets go out to the lobby!
